Sephora Rewards – Terms and Conditions 


The following terms and conditions, together with our website terms and conditions and Privacy policy apply to and govern the Sephora Rewards Loyalty Programme (“the Programme”, “Sephora Rewards”), promoted and operated by Sephora (“Sephora”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and set out the contract between Sephora and each Sephora Rewards member (“Rewards Member”, “Member”, “You”, “Your”). Creating a “Sephora Rewards” account and providing your name, email address, date of birth and Brand for Life will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms may change and Members will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms when they log in to a Sephora Rewards account, and/or make a purchase from the Website.


As such we strongly encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions from time to time. 


All Members must be individuals aged 16 years or older and have a valid email address. Members can update their personal details online at www.Sephora.com. 


We reserve the right to change or withdraw any benefits of the Programme or suspend or terminate the Programme at any time at our sole discretion and for any reason• We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any Member's Sephora Rewards account, for any reason, including but not limited to the following: if we reasonably believe that these Terms have been breached, if there is any theft from or misconduct in connection with us, if the Member supplies false or misleading information to us, if we consider that the Member has acted improperly or in an abusive, defamatory, criminal, or offensive way to any other Member or to our staff. 


Brands You Love 


As Sephora Rewards member, you are entitled to 10% off two brands (“Brands You Love”) of your choice each time you shop with us, excluding Anastasia Beverly Hills, GHD, Jo Malone London and Moroccanoil. 

Your 10% discount will automatically be applied at checkout when signed in with your registered Sephora Rewards account email address. 

Brand You Love discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other Sephora promotions. 

Your chosen brand can only be changed 6 months after selection.  

Please note that our 10% Off Brands You Love benefit was previously known as VIP Club and Unique Members Club. 




Sephora Rewards 

To begin earning your Rewards you must join Sephora Rewards before placing an order. Your Rewards will be issued once all orders, which qualify for a Sephora Reward, have been despatched. Registered members will receive an email when a Sephora Reward has been earned if you have opted in to receive marketing. 

Please note; if you are an existing loyalty programme member and have not opted in to marketing you will not receive VIP previews, generic marketing and the 20% off ‘Birthday Treat’. 

Your rewards are based on your spend, you will be able to see your qualifying spend in your account. Your Gift Voucher will expire 6 months from the date of issue. You can find your reward expiry date in your account, in the “My Gift Voucher” section of your account. 

You can check your Sephora Rewards Spend Balance, and view how much you would need to spend in order to earn a Reward by logging into your Sephora Rewards Account. 

The currency in which your first purchase is made as a Sephora Rewards Member is the currency that your Sephora Rewards Spend Balance will be measured, and the currency that your Rewards will be issued. 

If you make a purchase in a currency that differs to your Sephora Rewards Currency, your purchase will be converted into your default Sephora Rewards Currency for the purpose of calculating your Sephora Rewards Spend Balance. 

If you are redeeming a Gift Voucher, any redeemed value will not count towards your Sephora Rewards Spend Balance. 

We reserve the right to change the exchange rates applied at any time, and without notice.  

If you have opted in to receive Sephora Rewards updates, you will be sent a reward email which will prompt you to log into your account to redeem your Gift Voucher reward. 

For instructions on how to use your Sephora Rewards Gift Voucher, click here. To redeem your Sephora Rewards, please enter the Gift Voucher code which can be found in your account into the ‘Enter Gift Voucher’ box provided on the 'Order summary’ page. 

Sephora Rewards cannot be used again. If an order which qualifies for a Sephora Reward is cancelled, refunded or not completed, or if we suspect fraud or misconduct, Sephora Rewards may be refused or cancelled at our sole discretion. 

Sephora Rewards are not redeemable on our Pick 'n' Mix Service or the purchase of Gift Vouchers. 

Returns / Cancellations of orders using a Beauty Circle Reward are subject to our normal returns policy. 

Users are only eligible for Sephora Rewards on one account. 



Birthday Treat 

Members who are opted in to marketing emails will receive a unique Promotion Code for 20% off. If you are not opted in to receive marketing emails, you will not receive the code by email. The Birthday Promotion Code can also be found in your Sephora Rewards account by clicking here. 

The Birthday Promotion Code will be issued 3 days prior to your birthday, in accordance with the birthday date given by you when you joined Sephora Rewards and will be valid for 7 days from the date of issue. 

If your birthday date is incorrect, you can change it by emailing care@Sephora.com. If you change your birthday, you cannot receive more than one birthday treat in a 12-month period. 

The Sephora Rewards Birthday Promotion Code is valid on full price products only. Codes excludes the following brands;

If Sephora has a change of control or is sold or if we decide to sell or transfer the Programme to another company, we may transfer all of our rights and obligations under these Terms to such other company or acquirer without any further consent. We may disclose or transfer all information we hold about all Members to any prospective or actual new owner. Such a disclosure or transfer will not alter the rights of Members in respect of the use that can be made of such information by such other company or acquirer until the Terms are changed by such company or acquirer. 

The limit of our liability under these Terms will be exclusively to a Member who suffers a direct loss as a result of our breach of these Terms. In those circumstances our sole liability will be to credit the relevant Members Sephora Rewards Account in line with the benefits outlined in our terms, including correcting a Member’s Sephora Rewards Spend Balance or issuing a Sephora Reward or Birthday Treat that may have been wrongly deducted or should have been issued but was not. Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit any liability we may have for death, personal injury or fraud and these Terms shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. 



Existing Feelunique UK Loyalty Programme customers 


Please note that our loyalty programme ‘Sephora Rewards was previously known as “Platinum”/ “Beauty Circle” / “Feelunique Rewards”. 


If you were a member of our ‘Feelunique Rewards’ loyalty programme, your account will have automatically been updated to our new loyalty programme ‘Sephora Rewards’. You will not have to make any further changes to your account.
