I use this (light color) every day under my brow, in the inner corners of my eyes and on lids to brighten my eyes and IT WORKS WONDERS!!

I love this product BUT...
I love the matte shade and have used it happily for years and years BUT WHY did you stop making it by itself??? I don't ever need or want to use the shimmer side, so I pay the same price for half the product. This is aggravating. I have tried to replace the matte side with other company's products but nothing is as good or even comparable. Please bring back to single use one!!!

So versatile & effective
I love this pencil. I have the light pink one, and the shimmer is a beautiful eyeliner & brow highlighter. When this is finished, I will definitely replace it.

Not a fan and customer service not The best
Not the right shade and not a good consistency (too caked on of a look). First time I've ordered from Benefit. Not a fan of the customer service and had no idea I would have to pay a 6.00 fee to return it versus shipping included or being able to return it to Ulta. Won't be ordering from Benefit again.

Why mess with something that people loved?
I have used High Brow for a long time. Luckily, I had ordered more than one a while back but have found I need to order more. I came onto your site and low and behold you have ruined the original product. Instead of being able to purchase exactly what I like and have used forever, I now would have to purchase a product that I would use only 1/2 of. Sorry, but that makes no sense and a waste of money. I'll just have to look around and find another product to purchase and pray they don't ruin it sometime in the future. Shame on Benefit. Used to love your products

Bring back the Original!!!!
I LOVE the Benefit highbrow product BUT NOT in the dual end!!!! Why do companies do that?! You have a product that people love but hey, lets really mess it up by adding a product on the other end that no one wanted or asked for. Moving on to another brand as I will not spend money on a product that will go to waste.
