Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolutely Useless This has to be one of the worst eyeliner pencils I have ever purchased! Had I been able to, I would've given it zero stars. It is sooooo dry - there is no way I can drag this around my eyes, it is now in the bin. This is my third (and last!) makeup purchase from the Charlotte Tilbury range and all 3 have been extremely disappointing - I really don't know what all the hype is about regarding this brand. Lesson learned - do not buy!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Could have been better. I love CT products but this one is a pass for me. The black tip of the pencil is good but the glittery one has major flaws. It doesn't glide easily and doesn't stick to my lower waterline. Instead it sticks to my lower lashes forming glitter clumps and looks very untidy. You definitely can buy a cheaper alternative.
