Directions

Apply waterproof eyeliner to your upper rim to intensify the lash-line, giving you natural looking definition without the hard edge of a liquid liner. Just lift up your upper lid, while looking down into a mirror, and apply the waterproof eyeliner in short strokes.

No need to apply colour all around the eye, just lining the upper lash-line will look great especially if you flick it up at the outer edges.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does the job well Lots of pigment so a really good black and nice soft pencil if you want to use it on your waterline. Lasts well but not totally smudge proof, but definitely waterproof and nice to use, although not good for sharp/thin lines. Happy for the price.

The colour is intense, long-lasting, waterproof, and everything you could wish for in an eyeliner. It is great quality, lasts for ages and I would definitely recommend it.
