Lasts for a very long time
Thus makes such a difference. Eyeshadow stays on snd looks freshly applied until you take it off. The cream goes a very ling way and I get nearly a year out of a single jar. Well worth the price.

Reformulated
I have used this for at least 8 years and loved it. This new bottle must be reformulated. It is much thinner, doesn't cover anything on your eye and eyeshadow does NOT adhere to it. So disappointed. Why change things when they work?

Utterly disappointed
I had high expectations as the foundation is great. Oh, the disappointment hit hard upon the very first use...does not stay in place, it barely comes out of that pot! it gets stuck in the crease, I tried to fix it with powder but not even then was I able to use it. So now, it`s only purpose is as "furniture" on my make up stand

A classic
I used this for ages when I had a long commute and a long workday. Now, several years later, I decided to try it again. Excellent! Feels like the same great formula, unchanged. Creamy, goes on easily, keeps eye shadow in place longer. Perfect shade for my pale skin, can't say how it would work for other complexions.

Does other stuff better for me...
I clearly have not got the 'jist' of applying to my eye lids; a few hours later, there they are! those pesky eyeshadow lines in the fold. BUT I have found this is a grand cover for other misc blemishes on my face. Who knew! Works wonders to tone-down my typically too-red nose as it blends easily and is less thick than the actual Estee concealer wand.

A lovely pot of loveliness
Ok I read the reviews and thought I'd give it a try , I do my makeup at 7am off to work on the community with 29deg heat ;hot car like a green house ; mask on, mask off , glasses. On off and at 20.00hrs I still had eyeshadow on , that will be a big yes it works for me , also no creases , thank you again estee

It's okay
I was hoping to like it more. I use my finger to apply it, which might be the problem. It kind of smears when I put it on and I don't like that it kind of settles at the edges of my eyes, in fine lines. It does extend the wear of my eye shadow.
