Caused a Break Out
I don't know what it is about this product, but my skin was super unhappy about it. I broke out after using it for a couple weeks, and the acne marks have still not fully gone away 4 months later. At first I only suspected this was the problematic product because I had started a couple of new products from EL in the preceding weeks (I only put a couple of days to a week between each new one), but after I broke out, I slowly removed products from my line up, and this was the one that, once removed, stopped making the break out worse. It's a shame - I bought the full size ($$$), and it is completely useless. Be careful!

Worth the price
I think it's worth the price. The full size bottle is large, and it lasts me a while. I'm used to using a different brand of fermented essence but this one gives greater hydration than the previous one I used, so I really enjoy it for winter.

Not for rosacea skin
I made an online face analysis and got recommended this product from the website. I regret that I bought it cause it burned my skin immediately after use and left me with irritation that will not calm down anymore . I'm so upset because it demaged my skin after using this in the recommended way and with the youth Creme after im so so sad and feel betrailed that I trusted the skin consultation . I spended almost 200$ on skin care that made my skin look worse than the 40$ skin care (retinol Creme from famous drugstore brand) I'm really disappointed

unhappy customer
I am dissatisfied with my purchase experience. I've been round and round with estee lauder email support and it takes days to get no where just to start all over from square 1 again and again. Would have loved to talk to a real person to get my issue actually addressed by EL. Buyer beware! This is not brand to buy online. Go into a store so you leave with what you pay for in your hands.

My mom got a sample size of this and absolutely loved it. She bought two more full sized bottles after finishing the sample because she said it really made her skin feel moisturized and hydrated. Would definitely recommend trying this product out!

Makes my skin feel nourished
I first tried this when receiving a sample bottle and had to purchase a full-size one! It makes my skin feel fresh and nourished, improving my skin texture. I use it after my cleanser and before the Advanced Night Repair serum. (I am an Estée E-List member.)
