Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average hydrating toner I was looking for a hydrating toner to add to my skincare regime before the serum step. This seems like a pretty standard toner. I can't tell if it's helping with hydration so I will need to test it with other serums layered in top. My one gripe is that I wish it came with a mist pump as it would make it more easier to use than pouring it into your hands.

It was slightly drying to my skin so I'd probably use something with more hydrating properties long term but definitely not a bad option for people wanting to start using a toner!
