Really did not like this one
I thought to would love this due to the honeysuckle but based on one spray I knew immediately this was not a scent I could wear. The scent is very unappealing to me. Thankfully it was just a sample from a recent order. On another note- my latest purchase did not allow me to choose to standard offer of "upto 2 complimentary samples" . The offer page has none to choose from. Webchat didn't offer any assistance. I emailed JM as I look forward to samples inorder to keep trying more of the scents. They obliged by sending me 1 x sample of their choice....Honey and Davana. What a waste if time and energy. What a waste of postage too. I am consistently having terrible online experiences when I try to spend money at JM. I can not get to a store easily but online is such a horrible experience that I'm taping out. At this price point, JM need to do a review of online standards.

Really Disappointed
I tried this cologne at Gatwick Airport - and the fragrance really lasted and it was beautiful. I didn't have space in my cabin bag so I thought I would buy the fragrance when I came back home with more space in my bag from Marco Polo Airport - Venice. Tried the fragrance when I got home and only lasted for about an hour I was so disappointed - was a first purchase, hesitant about buying again, such a shame I was so pleased at buying Jo Malone!

Pleasantly surprised
I received a sample of Honeysuckle and Davana from another purchase and was pleasantly surprised. I'm not typically a floral person. My sister once gifted me English Pear & Freesia and I thought it was ok. It wasn't my favorite. But this one is light, refreshing, and not cloyingly sweet. I've tried Peony Blush and Suede and to me it was way sweeter than Honeysuckle and Davana. I knocked one star off because the longevity of the scent could be better.

My signature fragrance
This fragrance is fabulous. I have about 15 Jo Malone fragrances and this is the only one I have ever received so many compliments when wearing!!! It is my fragrance and the only other I have ever worn that elicited as many compliments was Fendi original and it has been retired for 20 years! I have been looking for a signature fragrance again and Honeysuckle and Davana is the one.

Too strong and too sweet
Honeysuckle is one of my favorite scents and I've always wanted to find a perfume version. This one is not it. It's a lovely scent when you first smell it out of the bottle, but after wearing it for a while, it becomes much, much too strong. What makes honeysuckle a beautiful scent is its lightness and delicacy. This perfume has all the cloying sweetness of honeysuckle but none of its ethereal quality. It's like the scent of honeysuckle with the strength or intensity of a rose or a lily. For those who like strong, sweet floral perfumes, this would probably work great. If you want something light and delicate, I'd pass.
