Bad packaging lets it down
The wand is stiff & hard. It applies to upper lashes ok, but not to the lower ones. The top of tube removes too much product. So you will be there a while trying to cover your lashes in it.
The formula itself is good, but the packaging & design of wand needs much improvement.

Rigid brush
The brush and bristles are rigid, I found the brush uncomfortable to use.
I have only been using it for a couple of weeks, no difference in my lashes yet.
