Pans fell out
I bought this palette for my mother for her birthday and the colours were great for her. But as soon as she put it in a makeup bag or suitcase to take away, the pans all fell out and crumbled. Not sure if this is just a one off faulty palette but if it is a recurring issue, it should be fixed.

Not bad, but not great.
This eyeshadow palette need eyeshadow base. These out this it's doesn't work really good on oily eyelids.

Such a lovely product
I bought this item earlier this month and since I've first used it has been one of my go to palettes. It's such an amazing palette for day to night look as it has shades for the day and then re apply for the evening. Some colours are more pigment then others but that's what I'd expect from a drugstore palette. Some fall out too.
