Completely Disappointed With Replacement Product
Very disappointed as with other reviewers that the original shea shower cream in the pump action has been discontinued. New design bottle too difficult to handle. Original suited my sensitive skin.

Very Disappointing
I have used the 12 hour shower cream for many years and I am very disappointed with the replacement. It is very drying on my skin. The new packaging is also very hard to use, its much harder and very difficult to squeeze out the cream.

I agree with the other one star ratings. This product is not nearly as good as the 12 hour shower cream. I don’t like the product or the bottle. Such a shame it has changed, I won’t be buying again

How very sad that you have decided to discontinue 12 hour shower cream. I have used this product for many years and my skin has been so soft. Now it is getting drier by the day and I can no longer use this new product.Also the perfume is not nearly as nice. I am sure I am not the only disappointed loyal customer, what a shame I know have to look for a different product.

NOT the 12 Hour Shower Cream
I’ve no idea what Sanctuary Spa have done but this product is not the same as the 12 Hour Shower Cream. No idea why they’ve stopped making the 12 Hour one but don’t be fooled into thinking this is a replacement. It’s awful - really dries your skin and leaves it feeling stripped of all moisture.

My everyday use shower creme. Really luxurious leaves skin soft & hydrated. I have dry skin & don't need to moisturise after using this. Smells divine too!
