Thin, not worth the money
Have used this product for years, but recent purchases the conditioner was thin. So much so it ran of your hands and I had to use three times as much to get a half decent result. Think the formulae has changes, will not be buying again.

Product was watery
I have bought Shu Uemura for years and love this product. However, my recent purchase was not satisfactory as the product was substantially thinner than before. I had to use three times as much product to get the same effect and it was so thin it ran from my hands before application. I contacted yourselves asking you to check that the product was genuine, and you said it was. I thenI wrote to the company asking if they have changed their formulae, until I have clarification I will not be buying this product again from yourselves.

So soft.
I was unsure of good this conditioner would be on my fine hair. I need not have worried about it as my hair felt beautifully soft and left me with volume and no static for the first time in a long while. I would recommend this to anyone.
