Very nice eye shadows
After reading the reviews. I didn't think this was a good product. So I went and ordered the eye shadow On safari and was I was not disappointed with it I love it looks great on as I have green eyes. And i am a 76 year old. Thank you Clinique

Colours not match picture
The colours are not the same. I had to check and recheck I had not ordered the wrong thing. Bland and dull and don't go on easily. Bought to replace an older one and so disappointed

I was bought the teddy bear palette for Christmas and have only just opened it. It was to replace and 8 set of eye shadows that I was bought last year which are no longer available. I chose the teddy bear as some of the colours were the same. However, the similarity ends there. These are dull, matte and offer no sparkle at all. You can see the creases when you apply it. They don't blend and the colours don't even seem to go together. They are nothing like the picture here. As a genius member, who loves Clinique, this is massively disappointing. It's an expensive product. I would urge people to wait until the shops are open so you can truly see the colours and the texture before purchasing.

More orange than brown
Purchased this quad in Teddy Bear, hoping for some blendable browns...very disappointed! Even the darkest shade comes out as very orange, the lighter 2 colours don't seem to be pigmented enough to even be seen. The applicators are the ones you find in children's make-up sets, which are a complete waste. I'd make the assumption that anyone purchasing has at least one eyeshadow brush, so this is just extra tat to dispose of. I nearly ordered some blusher, but glad I tried this out first as I will be avoiding the makeup range completely.

Yellow overtones
I chose this online as a birthday present. The image of Teddy Bear on the website makes it look warm with pinkish tones and slightly 'glowy'. The eyeshadow is totally matt and the browns are not subtle and have strong yellow overtones. The shades when put on the skin are too close to each other so blending isn't that effective. I have porcelain skin with pink tones, dark blue eyes and mid brown hair and this eyeshadow made me look sallow. I had to add a touch of pealescent aquamarine to make it more earthy. Very disapoointed in these colours and not the "go to' natural look in one compact I was hoping for. Won't tell my husband as he made a special trip to get this for me and would be sad his present was not good.

It really lasts!!
Great eyeshadow, so easy to apply, glides on and is not dry and will not tug the eye. Blends really well and actually stays on my sometimes somewhat oily lids all day with minimal creasing! Ticks all the 'perfect eyeshadow' boxes! Bought as a gift for somebody too and they were hugely impressed also at the high quality of clinique. I have super sensitive eyes and this never irritates or causes problems. Lovely colours, very wearable for day to night.

Disappointed but hopeful
I found the galaxy palette disappointing. Colours 1 and 2 are fine but 3 is weak even with eye primer and colour 4 is almost the same as number 2. I am no expert and find when blending these they become muddy. I hope that when lock-down is over I can get some advice from my local Clinique counter as to where I am going wrong.The tutorial on you tube is not very helpful and does not use the sponge applicators! A range of tutorials involving different ages/ethnicities would be appreciated.

Good variety
I love the quad shades. They provide flexibility to mix up your look. The colours have good staying power for a Long day. The only down side is I always use the shades at a different rate and waste some.
