PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL
I have WL ORIGINAL FOR OVER 50 years. I have been concerned it was me but I have talked to so many people that feel as I do that the fragrance is missing something. Now I have been happy to see reviews on various websites that express the same concerns. During the time when you did not have it for sale in various stores, locations in my state and out of state. I checked gone but not forgotten. I finally purchased the last 4 bottles at one of those stores that has nock off fragrances. Now they were just not completely the same which I was not surprised but what really surprises me is it was just like these WL fragrances that EL brought back as their WLOriginal. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS MILD IT WAS A STRONG MILDNESS AND LAST. REALLY LAST. THE W L ORIGINAL LOTION HAD BEGUN TO BE CHANGED BEFORE IT WAS PHASED OUT. WHEN I GET THE LOTION IN THE SO CALL SPECIALS IT IS A CHANGED FORMULA AS THE SPRAY. Please please change it back. I advise people of what I'm wearing if they happen to get a whisp right after I have put it on but I explain it doesn't last and I really had almost drown myself just to get a few minutes of the fragrance. I have continued to rarely purchase a bottle while I continue to look for a replacement and maybe UNTIL THE COMPANY CHANGES THE FORMULA BACK TO CLOSE TO WHAT YOU HAD. I HAVE ITEMS THAT ESTEE LAUDER'S BEST SELLERS IS CHANGED OR DISCOUNTED.I WOULD CONTINUE GO TO "GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN" To buy up as much as I could.

I ordered this perfume on a whim considered having used many EL perfumes which never disappoint as they are always tastefully made and I was right. Right out of the package, had no idea how this perfume would sit on me but was very curious and excited to try the fragrance. The first spritz on my wrist immediately reminded me of Chanel No.5 with a very powerful top note of Jasmine. I decided to wear the perfume to bed and next morning when I woke up, it was the most divine smell I had ever experienced. Felt like I woke up on a bed of flowers. Glad to have White Linen in my collection. This is definitely a great day time wear and appropriate for business/office settings.

Best ever
I have used White Linen for about 30 years, my mother in law gave me a bottle for Christmas, I have used it ever sense. I have received many compliments from strangers and friends. I would highly recommend.

Not The Same
WL has been my summer fragrance for years (decades actually). This year I ordered a bottle and not only did it smell different, it didn't last. The reviews remain high so I returned the bottle thinking it was a one-off and reordered. Nope. Sadly the second bottle is the same. The batch code is A11 (January 2021) so it should still be good. I also ordered my winter fragrance, Knowing, and it is as wonderful as ever. Is it just me or has something changed with WL?

Please bring this back!
This is the best perfume I have ever encountered. My mother wore this throughout my life, and I believe she has been wearing it for thirty years. This smell brings my such happiness. It is not harsh or in-your-face, but instead the most feminine and delicate scent. The bottle is pretty and just looks like old money. There is nothing better than this epitome-of-classic scent.
