The Ordinary Squalane Cleanser is a gentle cleansing product formulated to target makeup removal whilst leaving the skin feeling smooth and moisturised. The formula incorporates Squalane, alongside other lipophilic esters that are gentle, moisturising, efficient in dissolving makeup and facial impurities and increasing the spreadability of the product.

When rubbed between your palms for approximately 10-30 seconds, the product undergoes an important textural change from a balm-like consistency to a clear oil-like consistency. This allows the emulsifying sucrose esters in the formula to trap and blend the dissolved makeup and facial impurities with water for rinsing. Being non-comedogenic and soap-free, this formula is designed to be gentle enough for daily use, without over-drying the skin, making it suitable for all skin types.

Directions

Dispense product into hands. Rub together to warm the product, allowing it to melt into an oil. Massage well onto dry face and rinse with warm water. If irritation occurs, cease use and consult a physician. Use only as directed on unbroken skin.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sensitive skin Tried the small 50 ml and i love it i have sensitive skin so have to be very careful what i use but this feels amazing on my skin the only negative it that i can't order the biggest had to settle for 150 ml because other is out of stock we need more stock because it seems to be a very popular

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Such a nice cleanser I use this as my only cleanser in the morning and as my first cleanser in the evening with the glycoside cleanser as the second cleanser. Its so hydrating my irritated skin from tretinoin is starting to heal and no peel so much and I think this cleanser is the reason!

I’m 32 and in that awful crossover time where I both have the beginnings of fine lines but my skin will also break out if the wrong thing touches it. Finding a good cleanser has been so hard - my skin is sensitive to many products, including those that get recommended frequently (CeraVe gentle cleanser broke me out, for ex). This was perfect. Gets my skin clean without drying it out or irritating it. Leaves my skin glowy, bouncy, and calm. I’m so happy. This is the first product in a long time that has made me want to hoard multiple tubes in case something happens and I can’t buy it anymore.
