The Glow Recipe Avocado Ceramide Recovery Serum is a skin-soothing serum made of antioxidant rich avocado and ceramides to help reduce the look of redness and irritation caused by dehydration and a weak skin barrier.

Calming ingredients like avocado, ceramide-5, rice milk, and allantoin visibly reduce redness and soothe irritated or sensitised skin. Skin barrier health is strengthened, resulting in more hydrated, resilient skin. This product has been dermatologist-tested and clinically proven to reduce redness over time.

Test Results:
In a consumer-use study of 30 participants, over a 4-week period:
- 86% said it lessened visible redness.
- 96% said their skin felt soothed and rebalanced.
- 90% said there was a lasting improvement in skin dryness.

Directions

- After cleansing, toning, and applying eye cream, dispense one to two pumps into your hand.
- Gently pat onto your slightly damp face and neck until fully absorbed.
- Follow with your favourite moisturiser.
- Apply daily, AM and PM.

The only thing I would change is the packaging because you can’t always get out the last little bit at the bottom I would prefer if it was a small jar of some sorts instead to scoop out with a small spoon so nothing goes to waste.

I use this along with the pomegranate peptides and it keeps my skin barrier in tact. Idk how to describe the texture of this but it’s so soft, and a little milky. It offers a surprising amount moisture for feeling so light. I highly recommend it!

I haven't used it long enough to see visible reduction in redness but I hope to. It is affordable and I will consider adding the cleanser in future purchases.
