Bad Customer Service
I ordered the pomegranate noir bath oil hoping to layer with the lotion and cologne of the same scent because the scent doesn't last. The oil was totally void of the scent and I contacted customer service and no response! These products are way too pricey to not deliver quality products, caring, courteous, professional and compassionate customer service. I'm really disappointed in Jo Malone.

This is a beautiful Jo Malone product. The smell is divine. A small drop in your bath and instantly you are transported to luxury . I combine it with the body wash and perfume and the smell lingers all day.
