Cheap pipette
I’ve had many bottles of this before that were fine. Now they have started using cheaper materials and the pippette silver part is cheap plastic and cracked entirely on my first travel with it. The pippette was wonky and slanted when I first got my item so that was weird and off putting enough. I got the 100ml bottle and it is expensive and I don’t want it to leak because of a rubbish lid

It really does work!
I wish I had known about this sooner! Being South East Asian I've grown up with uneven skin tones & have always had sun spots & blemishes! I've been using this product for more than 5 years now & am so happy with the results. My complexion has totally cleared up, sun spots have faded nearly 70% & my skin looks a lot brighter! It is expensive but I would never not buy this!

Faulty bottle. Wasted product.
Good product but wouldn’t buy again. The container leaks when it’s in my travel bag, so after only one month of having it and 2 car journeys, half of the bottle has gone already. I’ve tried everything to stop it but it’s being wasted. Same thing happens with my kiehls facial wash so I believe it to be a product failure rather than human error.
